🛠 What We Will Do:

  • First Meeting: We will talk (on Zoom, Google Meet, or chat) about what you want to make. You can tell me your ideas and goals.
    Time: 30–60 minutes
  • Questions for You: I will send you some easy questions to answer. These will ask:
    • What problem does your website solve?
    • Who will use your website?
    • What pages or features do you need?
    • Do you have any example websites you like?
    • When do you need it finished?
    • What is your budget?
  • Looking at Other Websites: I will check 2–5 similar websites to get ideas and see how we can make yours better.
  • Getting Your Files: You will send me:
    • Your logo (PNG or SVG files)
    • Your brand colors and fonts
    • Information about your company
    • Photos (of products, team, office, etc.)
    • Videos or customer reviews (if you have)
    ➤ I will send you a Google Drive link to share your files easily.
  • Checking Your Current Website (if you have one): I will look at it to see what we can keep or change.
  • Project Plan: After we talk, I will write a simple document with all the details: what we will make, when it will be ready, and next steps. You need to approve this before we continue.

⏳ How Long This Takes: 2–3 days

This depends on how fast you can send me information and reply to my messages.

📝 Important: This step is very important. If we understand everything clearly now, it will save time and problems later.

🎨 Step 2: Design (Layout & Look)

With the data collected, our next step is custom website design or app interface creation using modern UI/UX principles. We prioritize usability, responsiveness, and aesthetics to boost engagement.

💡 What We Will Do:

  • Simple Layout: First, I will make a simple drawing (called a wireframe) of your main pages using tools like Figma or Adobe XD. This shows you where things will go.
  • Full Design: After you approve the layout, I will add:
    • Fonts (text style)
    • Colors that match your brand
    • Spacing, buttons, and other small parts
    The design will look good and be easy to use.
  • Your Feedback: I will send you the design to check. You can tell me what you like or want to change before we start building.
  • Changes: The price includes 1–2 free changes. If you need more changes after that, there will be a small extra cost.

This depends on how many pages you need and how many changes you want.

⚙️ Step 3: Building Your Project

Using clean code and modern frameworks like Next.js, React Native, and Tailwind CSS, we turn the designs into fast, secure, and scalable digital products. Our full-stack development covers both frontend and backend, ensuring seamless functionality across devices.

  • Choosing the Right Tools: I pick the best technology for your project:
    • React + Firebase - For modern websites
    • React Native - For phone apps
    • Next.js + Node.js - For fast, search-friendly sites
  • Building Step by Step: I work in small parts:
    • Main pages and menus
    • Login and signup systems
    • Special features you need
    • Connecting to databases
    Each part is tested before moving to the next.
  • Safe Coding: All code is saved securely with version control, so we can always go back if needed.
  • Regular Updates: I'll send you progress reports with pictures or test links so you can see how it's going.

⏳ How Long This Takes: 1-3 weeks

The time depends on how complex your project is and how many features it has.

💡 Important: You can give feedback anytime during this process. I'll explain everything simply so you always understand what's happening.

✅ Step 4: Testing (Final Checks)

  • Your Review: You will get a working version to test yourself. You can tell us if anything needs to change.

This depends on how big your project is and how many changes are needed.

🧪 Important: This step is like checking a car before a trip. We make sure everything works perfectly before your users see it.

🚀 Step 5: Going Live (Final Step)

Once approved, we deploy your website or app to a secure server or app store, and monitor its performance. Our clients enjoy long-term technical support and updates.

🚦 What We Will Do:

  • Putting It Online: I will make your project live using:
    • 🌐 Website: Netlify, Vercel, or Firebase
    • 📱 App: Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iPhone)
  • Website Address Setup: If you have a custom website name (like www.yourbusiness.com), I will help connect it.
  • Teaching You How To Use It: You will get:
    • A short video showing how everything works (best option)
    • Or written instructions
    So you can manage your site or app after launch.
  • Help After Launch: I will help you for 7 to 30 days (depending on our agreement) with any small problems or questions.

⏳ How Long This Takes: 1–3 days

This depends on the type of project and if we need to wait for app store approval.

🎁 Important: Even after your project is live, I will make sure everything works well. We can also talk about future updates if you need them.
